Its disgusting but so is any fossil fuel production. Those poor people deserve a break from the horrible quality of life that petroleum and gas production has on their air and water. That being the case, have they got a second opinion on it? If they have, and it is in agreement with Mr Cragg's diagnosis, are they developing a pilot project? If not why not?<BR/><BR/>Can the government, be it federal or state, not support one of the local universities to develop this idea further?
