Interesting report. For some reason I'm not very optimistic that Nigeria will take advantage of the demographic dividend. We currently don't have the positive policies to tap into all the talent and youth available, and if history is any indication, as with the discovery of oil, this new resource just might be our achilles heel. Our "baby boom" generation might have to wait till the older generation die or retire before we get a shot at any form of meaningful leadership.
