noprin is a step in the right direction, i do hope d Prez does something about this, extrajudicial killings is an awful thing........sometimes i wonder abt these ppl, somethings they do sounds crazy, unreal, they need psycho therapy too or better pay or both.and some of these policemen need to be fired and jailed themselves for the crimes they have committed.
