Anonymous, 4:25 pm: It's been difficult getting hold of this book abroad. My one and only copy has really travelled. You guys will do well to find a way to make it available abroad. This is a gem of a book. It's a pity that he stopped writing Words Fellow Me. I look forward to it on NEXT on sunday.

Jeremy, 9:49 am: All: just so you know, Cassava Republic has the African rights, whereas the owners of the American/Eurlpean rights are yet to publish, and are unlikely to do so soon.
