From the map shown is Arabic North Africa no more part of Africa such that there are no governance issues to index?

I do wonder about that view of things.

- I too wondered about that view of things until I read the text right above the map. Clearly the author is focusing on all sub-saharan AFrican countries (for reasons best know to him/her).

And honestly (IMO) most deczdens of the countries that were not included do not consider themselves Africans.

I do admire what Ibrahim is doing though.
