as writer myself who happens to be Nigerian, this was a wonderful article to read. It's encouraging to remember that my generations of Nigerians are reveling in their ceativity. I am one of those Nigerians who was born "outside" and mostly know the country from family trips, relatives and a short stint attending Corono School, Ikoyi as a child.
great article by Habila. I really like the fact that this generation of Nigerian writers are committed to making their work available in Nigeria and doing writing workshop in Nigeria. I can't wait for his second book to come out in Nigeria. Jeremy when is Cassava Republic bring it out?
