Unused computers, school in Jigawa State
There is a classroom next door, but these computers have never been used. No one has connected the generator that lies just outside the computer room. The school kids suffer, because of a mixture of stupidity and corruption..

What? What seems to be the problem exactly? Is there is a disagreement over who should connect the computers to the generator or do you mean no one knows how?
More like the pristine computers are perfect for press shots and official visits announcing govt efforts at computer-literacy. Obviously the kids are not important here, appearances are.
