The new British Council building in Lagos

St Antonym, 7:49 pm: Lovely architecture. It's nice when a building's philosophy fits its environment. Intelligent use of materials and natural light.

I don't know how I feel about the whole "British Council" concept...or the USIS for that matter (a known front for the CIA)...but the building's lovely nonetheless.
